Borstel

Parkallee 1-40, 23845 Borstel
Description

Aim

The workshop’s aim is initiating the setup of OMICS data management systems at several  institutions and harmonizing them with those systems already in use at other  institutions. Specifically, we want to gain an overview of

  • suitable research data management systems
  • their national and international embedding
  • their strategy in relation to OMCIS data storage and archiving
  • interoperability with other systems
  • data brokering to public OMICs repositories.

Free of charge

The workshop is free of charge. If needed, we have limited resources to pay for your  travel-  and/or accommodation costs. Please get in touch.
