Module 3:Diversity-sensitive recruitment.

Designing recruitment processes at the university in a gender- and diversity-sensitive way:

  • Process steps of personnel recruitment (calls for applications,
    evaluation schemes, selection processes) through
  • Reflection of presuppositions bias-free design
